A beautiful and rare pair 'Perla' armchairs, designed by Giulia Veronesi and produced by ISA Bergamo, Italy, circa 1952.
The chairs are highly sculptural works, with their sensual back and curved upward arms. The elegant tapered and angled black painted walnut legs give the chairs a highly modernist and sophisticated feel. Fully restored and reupholstered in a Belgium wool and cotton textured blend in creamy/white.
