Babou New York presents European furniture, art, and objects spanning the 17th century through the 1970s.

We specialize in Italian design of the 1930s through the 1950s, offering works by celebrated twentieth-century masters such as Osvaldo Borsani, Gio Ponti, Mario Bellini, Paolo Buffa, Angelo Mangiarotti, and Afra and Tobia Scarpa, alongside pieces chosen for their timelessness, sculptural form, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Founder Catherine McCarthy has spent more than 25 years sourcing exceptional pieces across Europe, working alongside some of New York City's foremost European antiques dealers.
