Carlo Ratti Walnut Center or Dining Table, Italy, circa 1950

An elegant walnut and brass center or dining table designed by by Carlo Ratti circa early 1950's. The circular top is supported by a pedestal base which terminates in a four footed design resting on the floor with fine brass sabot on each end. The whole in a stunning rich walnut, with a beautiful grain displayed on the surface which contrasts beautifully with the shine and gloss of the brass sabot.
